Preorder policy
- 50% advance required A 50% advance is required to confirm your preorder. The remaining balance is due when your shipment arrives in Pakistan, before local dispatch.
- Delivery time is approx. 4 weeks Preorders typically take around 4 weeks from order placement to delivery. Timing can vary depending on the USA shipment batch and courier.
- Shoe boxes cost extra Shoes are shipped without the original box by default. If you want the box, there is an additional charge of Rs 2,500 — please request this at the time of ordering, not after.
- Prices are fixed — no discounts All prices are final and already include taxes, customs duties, and international shipping fees. We cannot offer further discounts.
- Prices are all-inclusive The PKR price on every product is the final amount you'll pay. It already covers sourcing, international shipping, and our service — no surprise add-ons at checkout.
- Couriers are third-party Once a parcel is dispatched locally, it is handled by a third-party courier. We do not control their timeline. Parcels being dispatched does not mean immediate delivery — please be patient and allow time for local transit.

Ordering & payment
How do I place an order?
Add products to your bag, checkout with your name, WhatsApp number, city, address, and notes, then place your order with the advance payment reference.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept direct bank deposits. At checkout you pay the 50% advance to confirm your preorder, and we collect the remaining 50% once your parcel arrives in Pakistan, before local dispatch.
When do I pay the remaining preorder balance?
You pay the remaining balance after your shipment arrives in Pakistan and before we dispatch it locally through courier. Your order tracker will show when the shipment reaches this stage.
Is bank transfer safe?
Yes. You can add a transfer reference or upload a confirmation screenshot so our team can match your advance faster.
Can I cancel my order?
You can request cancellation before an order is accepted or sourced. Once a USA preorder has been purchased, cancellation depends on the brand or retailer policy.
Do you offer refunds or returns?
Refunds and returns depend on order stage, product type, and the USA retailer policy. We review issues case by case before sourcing and after delivery.
Is the PKR price on the site the final price?
Yes. Every product is listed in PKR with everything included — sourcing, international shipping, and our service. No conversion math, no surprise add-ons at checkout.

Preorder delivery takes approximately 4 weeks. In-stock products move faster after payment matching. Timing can shift because USA shipments are consolidated in batches, and couriers are third-party — we confirm the current batch ETA after checkout.
Are customs or duties included?
The PKR price includes the working shipping estimate shown at checkout. If a product needs unusual duty handling because of size, weight, or category, our team confirms it with you on WhatsApp.
Do you deliver to my city?
Yes. We deliver to major cities across Pakistan including Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan, Peshawar, and more. WhatsApp us if you are unsure about your area.
Are your products authentic?
We source from USA brand stores, official retailers, or trusted retail channels. Product pages and order notes can include source preferences where needed.
Do shoes come with the original box?
Shoes are shipped without the original box by default. If you want the box, there is an additional charge of Rs 2,500. You must request this at the time of ordering — we cannot arrange it after the order has been placed.

Why we started
Pakistani shoppers were either paying triple-retail at local boutiques or risking unauthorized resellers online. We built Global Bestie to be the middle path — real USA sourcing, transparent PKR pricing that includes shipping and duty, and a WhatsApp concierge you can actually talk to.
How we work
- Curated drops. We publish a fresh batch every few weeks across handbags, shoes, beauty, fragrance, and accessories — items we've vetted for authenticity and demand.
- Batch sourcing. Preorders are consolidated into the next USA shipment. This is why 4 weeks is the typical delivery window — and why the price stays reasonable.
- 50% advance. A 50% advance confirms preorders; the balance is collected after the shipment arrives in Pakistan, before local dispatch. In-stock items are paid in full at checkout.

Returns & refunds policy
Because every Global Bestie order is sourced specifically for you from the USA, refunds and returns work a little differently from a typical retail store. Here's exactly what to expect.
Cancellations before sourcing
You can cancel a preorder any time before our team has purchased it in the USA. Message us on WhatsApp with your order number — if the item hasn't been sourced yet, we'll refund your 50% advance in full to your original bank account within 3–5 business days.
Cancellations after sourcing
Once the item has been purchased from the USA retailer, cancellations depend on that retailer's policy. Some brands (e.g. Coach, Michael Kors) accept returns within their window; others (clearance sales, beauty products) are final-sale. We'll review your case and let you know on WhatsApp whether a refund is possible and how much will be deducted for return shipping or restocking.
Defective or wrong items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, message us on WhatsApp within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos. We'll repair, replace, or refund — whichever fits the case — at no cost to you.
In-stock items
In-stock items can be exchanged for size/shade within 7 days of delivery, provided they're unopened and in original packaging. Beauty products are non-returnable for hygiene reasons unless defective.
Refund timeline
Approved refunds are transferred back to the same bank account you paid from, usually within 3–5 business days of approval. We do not issue store credit unless you specifically request it.
